Facility Rentals – Requirements for DJ or Band

  • Rental fee will be $35 per hour (2018)
  • Will require two security guards, hired by CBRC, at $16 per hour; per guard
  • Will require a $100 security/clean-up deposit (to be returned if there is no damage or excessive mess left behind)
  • Will require certificate of insurance naming CBRC and property owning municipality as an additional secured on the general liability policy which must provide primary and noncontributory basis insurance coverage in the amount required. Coverage in commercial general liability insurance for a minimum coverage amount of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 umbrella coverage
  • All fees and insurances must be turned into the Recreation Office one week prior to the facility rental date
  • Any party with over 75 guests will be required to submit an application for a Large Group Event at least 30 days in advance to the Executive Director and must follow all policies associated with that adopted policy. An additional $75 permit fee will be collected
  • No smoke machines will be permitted and lights must stay on during entire party rental
  • Adult supervision is required. Ratio will be determined by the Executive Director based on the amount of children under the age of 18 in attendance
