2018 Instructional Soccer

Come join our Fall Instructional Soccer Program. Our goal is to teach young players the skills they will need to advance to competitive soccer while learning the fundamentals of the game. The basic skills of soccer will be emphasized throughout the program to include: dribbling, passing, receiving, shooting and good sportsmanship in a fun environment.

An Organizational meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 12 at Garfield Park, 1101 25th Street, Altoona. See flyer at right for full details and meeting times. Games will be held at Garfield Park. Practice times will be provided at the organizational meeting.

SESSION: Age Divisions – Pre K4-Pre K5; Grades 1-2; and Grades 3-4. PreK4 & 5 and Grades 1 & 2 will have a choice of Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday practice/game days. You must specify at registration your choice of days. Grades 3 & 4 will have practice and games two nights per week. Practice nights will be determined at the organizational meeting. Practices will be held mid-September with games beginning in early October.

Cost: $42.00 per participant.
